Delete Your BiziKid Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your BiziKid account and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly from within the BiziKid app:

Open the BiziKid app and sign in.
Tap Settings (the gear icon in the bottom navigation).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Can't access the app? If you are unable to sign in or use the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@bizikid.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your login credentials and authentication tokens
Your device push notification registrations
Your language and app preferences
Your privacy policy acceptance record

What is retained

Some data is anonymised and retained to preserve the integrity of shared class history:

Class membership records — your membership entries are anonymised (your name, avatar, and personal details are removed), but the record itself is kept so class activity history remains consistent for other members.
Posts, comments, and chat messages you authored may remain visible in the class but will no longer be linked to your identity.
Uploaded media (photos and files) attached to posts or events may be retained as part of class content.

Anonymised membership records contain no information that can identify you. Your name and contact details are permanently removed at the point of deletion.

Third-party data

If you signed in using Google, Facebook, or Microsoft, deleting your BiziKid account does not affect your account with those providers. BiziKid does not retain any tokens or credentials from third-party sign-in providers after account deletion.
